Job summary

Brightlands Campus Greenport Venlo is seeking a Technical Facilities Coordinator to oversee daily operations of campus buildings. You will ensure reliable technical installations, monitor maintenance, and coordinate with partners to keep the facilities in top condition.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree or similar vocational education, strong planning skills, and BHV certification. The role offers a full-time position with a competitive salary and end-of-year bonus, holiday allowance,

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent vocational education with facilities coordination experience.
• Experience with FMIS is advantageous.
• Strong ownership and responsibility for buildings under management.
• Excellent Dutch and English communication, written and spoken.
• Independent, flexible work attitude; BHV certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organise day-to-day campus building management and operations.
• Monitor maintenance activities and follow up on schedules.
• Coordinate with maintenance partners and contractors.
• Lead small-scale projects and supervise caretaking staff.
• Issue work instructions, monitor quality, and document activities.
• Suggest improvements and optimize technical building conditions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations including SHE and GACs requirements.
• Advise on replacements within Long-Term Maintenance Plans.
