Your impact

• Lead the day-to-day operations of two unique hospitality concepts, ensuring an exceptional guest experience from morning through service.
• Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing team, creating a culture of authenticity, accountability, and engagement.
• Drive operational excellence while maintaining a warm, welcoming, and community-focused atmosphere.
• Use commercial insights and performance data to improve guest satisfaction, productivity, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and quality standards across all operations.

Who you are

• Proven experience leading café, breakfast, restaurant, or all-day dining operations within hospitality.
• A confident people manager with a coaching leadership style and a passion for developing teams.
• Commercially aware with experience managing budgets, labour costs, and operational KPIs.
• Calm under pressure, highly organised, and able to balance operational excellence with outstanding guest experiences.
• Fluent in both Dutch and English.
• Hands-on, energetic, and passionate about creating memorable hospitality experiences.
