Job summary
Prodrive Technologies offers an eight-month Cabinet Assembly Traineeship in Eindhoven. You will learn fundamentals, build and test sophisticated cabinets, and deliver an improvement project. The program grows with daily coaching, and a path toward a permanent role after completion.
You are a school leaver or recent graduate with a bachelor-level technical degree, willing to learn, with curiosity and ownership, and English language skills. Dutch is a plus.

- Hands-on mindset with motivation to learn by doing.
- Strong safety and quality mindset.
Responsibilities
- Build and assemble advanced high-tech cabinets.
- Work with mechanical and electrical components.
- Read and follow technical instructions and quality standards.
- Perform inspections and testing activities.
- Identify technical issues and contribute to practical solutions.
- Collaborate with technicians, engineers and production specialists.
- Own an improvement project with a measurable result.
