Job summary

Trinamics in the Netherlands seeks an experienced technician to assemble and prepare large machine cabins. You will install and connect electrical, mechanical, and mechatronic components, route wiring, and perform functional checks in a structured two-shift production environment.

Requirements include an MBO level 3/4 in mechatronics/electronics/electrical engineering, experience with large modules or industrial settings, knowledge of NEN safety standards, fluent English, and export-control

Qualifications

• Secondary vocational degree in mechatronics, electronics, or electrical engineering.
• Experience assembling large modules or in an electrical/industrial environment.
• Knowledge of electrical safety standards (NEN 3140, NEN 1010).
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Eligible under export control regulations for access to controlled technology.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and prepare machine cabins according to technical specifications.
• Install and connect electrical, mechanical, and mechatronic components.
• Route and secure wiring, hoses, and ducting inside machine cabins.
• Perform functional checks, adjustments, and basic testing activities.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvement actions.
• Support product, safety, and manufacturing process improvements.
• Assist other manufacturing teams after cabin preparation.
