Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam is seeking a Butler to welcome VIP guests and deliver exceptional luxury service in a premier Amsterdam hotel.

You will anticipate guest needs, assist with requests, and collaborate with the Room Service team to provide a seamless high-end experience. Knowledge of Amsterdam and personalized service are valued assets.

Responsibilities

As a Butler, you welcome our VIP guests and all other guests who booked a suite. You are key in delivering the best guest experience possible. You assist guests with all their requests and anticipate their needs. During their stay, you get to know your guests so you can personalize your service even better. It is convenient to have knowledge about Amsterdam.

Besides these tasks, you also deliver food & beverage experience and service together with the Room Service department. To summarize, this is a very dynamic position where personalized service and luxury are the core of your job.
