Job summary

Accenture Strategy & Consulting seeks a motivated M&A professional to contribute across pre-deal and post-deal phases. You will participate in due diligence projects, merger integrations, carve-outs, and joint ventures, collaborating with cross-functional teams to help clients reinvent and grow.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree (MSc, PhD, MBA) in business, engineering, economics, computer science, or comparable fields.
• 3–6 years of M&A consulting / strategy consulting experience.
• Fluent in English; fluency in Dutch is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to due diligence projects (commercial, operational, IT, and technology).
• Assist with merger integrations across IT, operations, finance, HR, supply chain, etc.
• Participate in carve-outs and divestitures planning and execution.
• Support joint ventures and alliances in selecting and implementing operating models.

Job description

Our Global M&A practice combines business and technology expertise, providing services along the entire M&A transaction lifecycle. As our team member you will have an opportunity to serve clients across industries and geographies.

The work

You will take part in projects in pre-deal and post-deal phases, working with our teams primarily on:

• Due diligence projects, ranging from commercial and operational, to IT and technology due diligence


• Merger integrations to help our clients plan and successfully execute integration phases across all functions (IT, operations, finance, HR, supply chain, etc.)


• Carve-outs and divestures where you will take part in the planning and execution of separation activities


• Joint ventures and alliances, helping our clients choose and implement their desired operating model for the partnership

What You Will Need

• Graduate degree (e.g., MSc, PhD, MBA) in business, engineering, economics, computer science, or comparable fields


• 3-6 years of M&A consulting / strategy consulting experience


• Strong interest in Technology and AI


• Fluent in English, Fluency in Dutch is an advantage
