Accenture Strategy & Consulting in Amsterdam is seeking a Mid-Level Business Strategy Consultant – M&A to join our client-facing team. You will work on pre-deal and post-deal work, including due diligence, merger integrations and carve-outs, helping clients reinvent value through technology-enabled strategy.

The role is full-time in Amsterdam, offering exposure to cross-industry projects within a global network of experts and assets.

The work

You will take part in projects in pre-deal and post-deal phases, working with our teams primarily on:

• Due diligence projects, ranging from commercial and operational, to IT and technology due diligence
• Merger integrations to help our clients plan and successfully execute integration phases across all functions (IT, operations, finance, HR, supply chain, etc.)
• Carve-outs and divestures where you will take part in the planning and execution of separation activities
• Joint ventures and alliances, helping our clients choose and implement their desired operating model for the partnership
