Accenture in Amsterdam is seeking a recent graduate with a Master’s in a relevant field to join our Strategy & Consulting team, focusing on AI, analytics and human-centered innovation. You will collaborate with a diverse team, develop data-driven strategies, and help design operating models for client success.

The role emphasizes strong communication, analytical thinking, and a passion for turning insights into actionable recommendations. In-person collaboration will be part of the work rhythm.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in a relevant field (Business Information Management, Analytics, AI, Data Science).
• 0–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluent in Dutch (B2) and English (C1), both written and spoken.
• Good understanding of Data and AI and its applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; excellent communication of findings.

Responsibilities

• Work on AI, analytics and innovation assignments with a client-facing team.
• Learn to design a Data & AI strategy and operating model for clients.
• Define value and investment cases; create AI product roadmaps.
• Build trusted client relationships and contribute to team goals.

The work

• People As part of our team, you will be involved in AI, analytics, and innovation assignments. You will have a career counsellor that will help you build the skills you need to excel in your job. You will help our team develop, joining internal taskforces around sustainability, recruitment, learning, etc.
• Processes You will be working on projects in the data & AI domain, building client relationships to foster trust. You will learn from industry experts how to design a data & AI strategy and operating model, define value / investments cases, and create (Agentic) AI product roadmaps.
• Technology and Data In your daily work, you are an ambassador for data & AI-led transformation, data ethics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and visualization best practices.

Here’s What You’ll Need

You have a master’s degree (WO) in Business Information Management, Business Analytics, Business Administration/Economics, Strategic Management, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science or similar.

• You have 0-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• You are fluent in Dutch (B2) and English (C1), both spoken and written.
• You have a good understanding of Data and AI and its applications.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You are a great communicator and enjoy presenting findings and insights to an audience.

Bonus points if you have

• Participated in extracurricular activities such as student consulting clubs, board roles, internships that showcase your leadership skills.
• Proven track-record in strategy development, data & AI, and innovation.
• Familiarity with using AI, data science, and machine learning to achieve business goals.
