Job summary

Global Enterprise Partners seeks an experienced Senior Manager to lead enterprise-wide Order to Bill transformation within a global ERP landscape, driving SAP S/4HANA implementations, process optimisation and strategic technology roadmaps across international functions.

You will partner with business leaders, system integrators and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, innovative solutions, oversee governance, testing, and change management, and steer global SAP SD, Finance and EDI

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading SAP Order to Bill / Order to Cash functions.
• Strong hands-on SAP S/4HANA implementation experience, including full lifecycle transformation programmes.
• Deep expertise in SAP SD configuration and integration with Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, and EDI platforms.
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead global SAP S/4HANA Order to Bill transformation programmes, implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive end-to-end OTB process design covering Order Management, Pricing, Credit Management, ATP, Fulfilment, Delivery Processing, Billing, e-Invoicing, Returns, Claims, EDI, and customer integrations.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define digital transformation roadmaps, process enhancements, and technology strategies.
• Manage programme governance, testing, deployment planning, change management, and successful business adoption.
• Lead cross-functional teams across SAP SD, Finance, Supply Chain, Master Data, EDI, and integration functions while driving operational excellence and automation.

My client, a leading global FMCG organisation, is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead enterprise-wide Order to Bill (OTB) transformation initiatives within a global ERP landscape. This role will drive SAP S/4HANA implementations, process optimisation, and strategic technology roadmaps across international business functions.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will lead end-to-end SAP Order to Bill capabilities, working closely with business leaders, system integrators, and cross-functional technology teams to deliver scalable, innovative, and business-critical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global SAP S/4HANA Order to Bill transformation programmes, implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive end-to-end OTB process design covering Order Management, Pricing, Credit Management, ATP, Fulfilment, Delivery Processing, Billing, e-Invoicing, Returns, Claims, EDI, and customer integrations.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define digital transformation roadmaps, process enhancements, and technology strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years' experience leading SAP Order to Bill / Order to Cash functions.
• Strong hands-on SAP S/4HANA implementation experience, including full lifecycle transformation programmes.
• Deep expertise in SAP SD configuration and integration with Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, and EDI platforms.
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior business leaders.
• Demonstrated experience leading global teams, implementation partners, and consulting resources.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within FMCG, manufacturing, or food & beverage environments.
• Knowledge of EDI, middleware platforms, APIs, and SAP integration technologies.
• Exposure to AI-enabled automation, analytics, and intelligent process optimisation.
• SAP S/4HANA or related SAP certifications.
• Experience with SAP Order Management, FSCM, and Revenue Management solutions.
