Job summary

Jobtailor in Amsterdam seeks a Regulatory Compliance professional to act as a subject matter expert across risk domains and to drive the embedding of compliant practices in local entities.

You will translate complex regulatory requirements into practical, risk-based solutions and collaborate with product, operations and support functions across a multicultural, international environment. English fluency is required, and a strong track record in compliance is expected.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Compliance, Business Administration, Risk Management, Finance or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in Regulatory Compliance within an international financial services, banking, leasing or regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of compliance risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Experience advising business stakeholders on regulatory, conduct and ethical compliance matters.
• Ability to assess regulatory developments and translate them into practical, risk-based recommendations.
• Experience working on cross-functional projects, business transformations and strategic initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to work independently in a multicultural, international environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Fluent in English is required.
