Job summary

bAwear seeks a dynamic intern to join the sales/growth team. The role focuses on identifying new leads, running outreach campaigns, and supporting product demos and market research, all while maintaining CRM and helping with partner events.

Ideal candidates are studying or recently graduated in business-related fields, fluent in English, and eager to learn about sustainability in textiles and B2B SaaS. Hybrid/remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• Studying or recently graduated in Business, Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Economics or similar.
• Startup mindset: proactive, self-starting, not afraid to fail and learn.
• Comfortable with doing research, making outreach calls, and taking initiative.
• Fluent in English; Dutch or other languages are a plus.
• Eager to learn about sustainability, the textile industry, and/or B2B SaaS.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and driven by results—not afraid to move fast, fail and iterate.

Responsibilities

• Actively researching and identifying new leads, partners, and growth opportunities.
• Running outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calls).
• Helping prepare for sales calls and product demos, sometimes joining live.
• Supporting with market research on regulations, target countries, and customer segments.
• Keeping our CRM and sales pipeline up-to-date.
• Helping roll out go-to-market experiments and customer pilots.
• Supporting bAwear on (partner) events.

With our smart LCA tool (Life Cycle Assessment), you quickly get insights into the impact of materials, production, and transport. This makes sustainability practical and actionable in the textile industry.

Position: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Location: Remote/Enschede/Hybrid
Compensation: 500Based on profile and experience
Duration: 6 months (flexible start date)
