Your responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing commercial plans to bring in new customers

- Qualifying opportunities based on volume, SKU profile, shipping pain points, service issues, and growth plans
- Designing and presenting tailored logistics solutions with a focus on:
- rate improvement
- visibility and technology
- total cost of ownership
- Managing the full sales cycle from first conversation to proposal, pricing, negotiation, closing, and handover to operations
- Building long-term customer relationships and expanding accounts through cross-sell opportunities in warehousing, international logistics, and broader supply chain services
- Working closely with operations, pricing, and tech teams to ensure strong execution
- Managing your pipeline and activity in CRM and staying close to market and carrier developments
