Job summary

Valid is seeking a Business Development Consultant to support growth in North Brabant, Eindhoven. You will engage with organizations to uncover needs and match challenges with Valid’s consulting expertise.

You’ll build long-term relationships, develop new projects, and increase Valid’s visibility, while working in a hybrid setup with room for initiative and personal growth.

Qualifications

• Requires HBO or WO degree.
• Experience in business development, consulting, or account management.
• Strong business sense and entrepreneurial drive.
• Existing network in North Brabant is a plus.

To support our continued growth in North Brabant, we are looking for a Business Development Consultant who can create new opportunities, build lasting relationships, and inspire clients with Valid’s expertise.

Your role

You’re not a traditional salesperson. You engage with organizations, uncover the needs behind their requests, and match customer challenges with the right expertise within Valid.

You'll build long-term relationships, develop new projects, and increase our visibility in North Brabant.

What will you do?

• Develop new clients and projects.
• Further develop existing relationships.
• Identifying opportunities in change, data, and digitization.
• Translating client challenges into appropriate consulting solutions.
• Prepare and present quotes and proposals.
• Collaborate with consultants and management to successfully support clients.

Who are you?

• You have a level of work and thinking equivalent to a higher professional education (HBO) or university (WO) degree.
• You have experience in business development, consulting, account management, or a similar commercial role.
• You have strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial spirit.
• You have a network of contacts in North Brabant.
• You're a natural relationship builder who knows how to build trust.
• You're the kind of person who would rather have a good conversation than give a sales pitch.
