Job summary

CWS Cleanrooms is seeking an experienced Business Controller to support its international Controlling team and provide financial support to operations in the Netherlands and Belgium.

You will ensure integrity of financial reporting, drive performance, and partner with the business to deliver insights that support growth and informed decision-making. This role offers an international finance environment with flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics.
• 5-10 years of experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with ERP systems, financial software, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Full professional proficiency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and perform the yearly Budgeting and Midterm Planning in close collaboration with the international Controlling Team.
• Prepare and coordinate the monthly closing process including review of revenue recognition, accrual requirements, cost checks and reconciliations.
• Perform variance analyses and identify opportunities to improve financial performance.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and forecasts.
• Monitor cash flow by overseeing timely invoicing and payment processes.
• Perform Controlling on CapEx spend, profitability checks and Forecast CapEx expenditures.
