Job summary

Bleckmann is seeking a Business Controller to act as a true business partner, shaping strategy and delivering data-driven insights across finance and operations. You will lead budgeting cycles, provide clear performance metrics, and drive efficiency in a fast-growing international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Economics, or similar.
• 3–5 years of experience in controlling, FP&A, or a similar role.
• Strong Excel skills; SAP and BI tools are a plus.
• Ability to translate data into business recommendations.

We are currently looking for a Business Controller who wants to do more than just report numbers. In this role, you act as a true business partner, influencing decisions and driving impact within a fast-growing, international organization.

Drive Financial Performance

• Take the lead in budgeting and forecasting cycles
• Deliver impactful reporting and clear financial insights
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities

• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization

Your profile

You combine strong analytical skills with business insight and effective communication.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Economics, or similar
• 3–5 years of experience in controlling, FP&A, or a similar role
• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong Excel skills; knowledge of SAP and/or BI tools is a plus
