As a Business Analyst, you analyze historical data related to warehouse operations. You translate data into valuable insights that support performance evaluation, trend analysis, and data‑driven decision‑making. You will develop and maintain reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders as well as clients. In this role, you ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with business requirements and the data governance policies defined by the Central BI team.
Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources, including Data Warehouses (DWH), Tableau, and local data sources. Analyze data using statistical methods to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement. Support operational targets within the warehousing cluster through actionable, data‑driven insights.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in line with business needs, visualization standards, and data governance guidelines. Deliver clear and insightful reporting that enables stakeholders and clients to understand and act on data. Build and maintain client‑specific reports in line with agreed service levels and expectations.
Identify, communicate, and report data inconsistencies or discrepancies in Tableau or the Data Warehouse to the Central BI team. Ensure compliance with data governance, publication, and access restriction policies. Proactively report changes in operational data sources and assess their impact on existing reports and datasets. Actively participate in BI community sessions and data communication initiatives led by the Central BI team.
Organize and facilitate on‑site Tableau training sessions in collaboration with the Tableau trainer. Share best practices and insights with the broader BI community. Contribute to continuous improvement and a strong data‑driven culture within the organization.
