Job summary

Your responsibilities

As a Business Controller, you will operate at the intersection of finance and operations. You will turn data into insights, insights into actions, and actions into results. Your responsibilities include:

• Drive Financial Performance: Take the lead in budgeting and forecasting cycles, deliver impactful reporting and clear financial insights, identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Be a True Business Partner: Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, challenge and support decision‑making with data‑driven insights, translate financials into meaningful recommendations.
• Shape Performance & Growth: Monitor KPIs and steer business performance, support strategic initiatives and investment decisions, spot opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Improve & Innovate: Drive continuous improvement of financial processes, lead or contribute to projects focused on optimization and automation, help build a more data‑driven finance function.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who combines strong analytical skills with business insight and effective communication. Your profile includes:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Economics, or similar.
• 3–5 years of experience in controlling, FP&A, or a similar role.
• Experience in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong Excel skills; knowledge of SAP and/or BI tools is a plus.
