Job summary

Gazelle Global is seeking a Business Analyst for a 9-month contract in the Netherlands. You will identify and develop propositions around digital assets to strengthen client value propositions across clients, product teams and specialized functions.

You will translate developments in digital assets into validated propositions and business cases, leveraging experience in banking, corporate and transaction banking, and RWA management.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, banking, financial services, strategy, innovation or business development.
• Demonstrable portfolio optimisation experience in a large organisation, including risk density, income/assets or RWA reduction.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop evidence-based business cases.
• Commercial and entrepreneurial mindset, supported by strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with digital assets, structured finance or transaction banking is a strong advantage.

Business Analyst - Digital Assets
