Qualifications

• Proven experience in business analysis, preferably in banking or financial services.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in banking, financial services, strategy, innovation or business development.
• Demonstrable experience in portfolio optimisation within a large wholesale banking organisation (over 2,000 FTE).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to build fact-based business cases.
• Commercial and entrepreneurial mindset with strong stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with digital assets, structured finance or transaction banking is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Originate and validate digital asset propositions in a wholesale banking context.
• Develop and implement propositions that support the digital assets vision for Wholesale & Rural.
• Translate client needs and external developments into scalable solutions and business models.
• Build fact-based business cases and support proposition validation and go-to-market activities.
• Build relationships and foster collaboration with clients, business partners and product teams.
• Translate complex business needs into clear requirements, processes, options and decision points.
• Create networks and collaborations across internal and external stakeholders with potentially contrasting needs.
