Job summary

Quantillion Technologies is seeking a hands-on Business Analyst to analyze plant processes, deliver feasibility studies, and support both product and business development with actionable insights. You will translate customer needs into clear project plans and collaborate with technical and non-technical team members across regions.

You will engage in evaluating operations for efficiency, support autonomous decision-making initiatives, and help write business cases to guide projects.

We are looking for a highly motivated business analyst that can analyse the process and data flows of our customers. You will be responsible to deliver and explain your results to end-customers world wide, highlight benefits of Autonomous-Decision making systems and write businesscases. You will identify customer specific issues and implementation risks and translate that to clear projectplans for the team to work with.

• Degree in STEM or economics/business, with an analytics focus
• Who has strong analytical skills and is curious

• Who understands the needs of our clients and can translate that to clear insights
• Who can translate goals into clear objectives
• Who enjoys working with a team of both technical as well as non-technical people on solving problems

• Understanding of artificial intelligence and software development techniques (Machine learning, Reinforcement learning, Agile & software architectures)
• Knowledge & interest about the heavy industry.
• Already familiar with topics related to logistics and/or energy management.
