Job summary

Qualogy is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to translate business challenges into smart IT solutions. You will map processes, requirements, and bottlenecks, and ensure solutions add real value across processes and systems.

You will serve as the bridge between stakeholders and IT, guiding projects from analysis to implementation. With 5+ years of BA experience and strong communication, you will contribute in a hybrid role based in Rijswijk, with a competitive salary and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in government or financial sector.
• A HBO degree (e.g. Business Administration, Computer Science or similar).
• Experience with requirements engineering, process modeling, and analysis methodologies.
• Good knowledge of BPMN 2.0.

You are the connecting link between stakeholders and IT teams. You map out needs clearly, structure processes, and ensure that solutions are not only technically sound, but also actually add value to the organization.

What will you do?

• You analyze complex business and IT challenges and translate them into concrete solutions
• You clearly map out processes, requirements, and bottlenecks (including with BPMN)
• You communicate daily with stakeholders at various levels, including management and C-level
• You guide projects from analysis to implementation
• You ensure clear documentation, visualizations, and decision-making

What do you bring?

Must-haves:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst (preferably within government or the financial sector)
• At least a higher professional education (HBO) degree (e.g. Business Administration, Computer Science, or similar)
• Experience with requirements engineering, process modeling, and analysis methodologies
• Good knowledge of BPMN 2.0
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive and independent work attitude

Nice to have:

• Affinity with commercial objectives
• Experience with Azure and/or AWS
• Knowledge of data analysis and tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
