Job summary

JD.com Inc. is offering a Young Business Analysis Internship in Rotterdam, NL. Over 3–6 months, you will perform business performance analysis, design a monitoring framework for financial metrics, and support risk assessment and process standardization.

You will work with experienced teams across JD.com’s global network in a hands-on role. The program seeks students in final semesters, with strong SQL and Excel skills, and fluency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, CS, Economics, Information Management or Business.
• Final semester graduates (2026/2027) encouraged to apply.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 6 months for the internship.
• Strong SQL and advanced Excel skills required.
• Fluency in English and Chinese is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct holistic business performance analysis and develop monitoring for core financial metrics.
• Map processes, identify vulnerabilities, and support risk assessment and compliance measures.
• Help streamline processes, develop SOPs, and train teams for operational consistency.
• Design data monitoring platforms and digitize reporting to enable faster, better decisions.
