Amazon Development Center Netherlands B.V. is seeking a Business Affairs Executive for the EUX team to manage complex deal structures across talent, development and rights acquisitions for Prime Video and Amazon Studios in the EUX region.
You will work with Legal, Production, Finance, and Creative teams, advising senior executives under tight deadlines and navigating cross-border deals with production companies and IP rights. Strong drafting, negotiation, and language skills are essential.

You will assist with the commercial discussions relating to deal terms with and for production companies, producers, IP incl. original scripts, book rights, format rights, ATL incl. writers, directors, on-screen talent, and other related deals.
You will interact with managers, agents, managing directors and outside attorneys and will efficiently communicate status and tradeoffs with other members of the Amazon MGM Studios and Prime Video team including Creative, Production, Marketing, Finance, Tax, Accounting, Legal and Distribution, as well as executives outside of Amazon.
You will apply a comprehensive working knowledge of international film and TV industry business models, development and production methodologies. The candidate will also demonstrate the ability to think abstractly, adapt quickly in ambiguous or unstructured environments, and effectively navigate new or unfamiliar situations and problems.
You will support a varied workload efficiently and smoothly, operate within corporate parameters, and remain cool and levelheaded in high-pressure situations. The candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues in this department and across Amazon, build strong internal client relationships, effectively advise senior-level executives under time-sensitive conditions, and generate client satisfaction through clear thinking and risk analysis.
This role is part of a growing business affairs team comprised of talented lawyers that specialize in the discussion of commercial terms associated with Amazon Studios original productions within the EUX territory, which includes Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Poland and Turkey.
