Job summary

Shell is seeking a Building Automation Engineer to manage, maintain, and optimize Building Management Systems (BMS/GBS) across the Shell portfolio in The Hague. You will work with CBRE's Engineering & Technical Services team to deliver innovative and future-ready solutions.

Ideal candidates have a background in Building Automation, BMS/GBS or related fields, with knowledge of platforms like Siemens, Priva, and KNX. Fluency in English is required; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• MBO 4 or HBO level education or equivalent professional experience.
• Background in Building Automation, BMS/GBS, HVAC controls or related field.
• Experience with BMS/GBS and smart building technologies.
• Knowledge of platforms such as Siemens, Priva, Honeywell, JCI, KNX, BACnet or Modbus.
• Proactive and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with stakeholders.
• Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus.
