Job summary

PassiveLogic is looking for an Autonomous Building Controls Project Manager to drive deployment of our autonomous building solutions across EU partner sites. You will coordinate with partners, installation contractors, end-users and other key players to ensure seamless implementation of PassiveLogic technology.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on programming and configuration of DDC and/or PLC controllers
  • Experience with BACnet, Modbus RTU/TCP, or equivalent building automation protocols
  • Ability to develop and validate sequences of operation for HVAC systems including AHUs, chillers, boilers, and split units
  • Proficiency in at least one major BMS platform such as Niagara, DesigoCC, Honeywell EBI, or equivalent
  • Point-to-point I/O testing, FAT, and SAT commissioning experience on live building systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems including low voltage wiring, terminations, and instrumentation
  • Experience integrating third‑party equipment over standard protocols
  • Project management experience

  • Ensure seamless project execution: Manage job timelines, coordinate site activities, and proactively address challenges to maintain project efficiency.

As a Construction Project Manager for Autonomous Building Controls, you will be responsible for project planning, coordination, and execution of PassiveLogic's technology to our partners and their portfolio sites across the EU. You will work closely with our corporate partners, installation contractors, end‑users, and other key players to ensure seamless implementation of PassiveLogic technology.

What you’ll do

Technical requirements
  • Hands‑on programming and configuration of DDC and/or PLC controllers
  • Experience with BACnet, Modbus RTU/TCP, or equivalent building automation protocols
