The ideal candidate has at least two years in a leadership role, strong English, experience with Middle Eastern cuisine, and a collaborative mindset suitable for a prestigious hotel group.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in a leadership role as Sous Chef.
• Experience with Middle Eastern cuisine.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.
• Strong English written and spoken.
• Knowledge of hygiene codes and HACCP.
• Capable of supervising a team of 6-8 chefs.
• Excellent teamwork and quality-driven approach.
