Job summary

Qualifications

• F&B experience or related industry background.
• Positive attitude and customer service orientation.
• Excellent Dutch and English language skills.
• Good communication skills and teamwork.
• Morning person with flexibility for shifts.
• Valid residence and work permit for the Netherlands.
• Commitment to delivering high levels of service.
• Excellent grooming standards.
• Willing to work in varying situations and with others.
• Experience with cash handling and basic regulations.
• Knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner.
• Take and deliver orders, delivering high levels of service.
• Prepare table and room set ups for breakfast service.
• Follow cash handling procedures.
• Manage guest queries promptly and professionally.
• Upsell with departmental incentives.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and targets.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas.
• Comply with security, fire regulations and health/safety laws.
• Cooperate with other departments as needed.
