Minor Hotels Europe welcomes a breakfast chef to join our kitchen team at NH Hotels & Resorts in Maastricht. You will be responsible for mise en place, breakfast buffet setup, and preparing dishes for guests during breakfast, lunch and events.

Qualifications

• You are a cook at heart.

Responsibilities

• Wake up early: prep for breakfast shift and set up the buffet.
• Work with F&B service to present a polished buffet and egg dishes.
• Prepare and plate meals for breakfast, lunch and events.
• Maintain mise en place, clean as you go and keep the kitchen tidy.
• Assist with lunch service and guest experience from start to finish.
• Wrap up the shift and ensure the kitchen is clean for the next team.
