Craft Agency Ltd. is seeking a senior commercial operator to own the full new business pipeline, from outbound through closing, and to unlock value in existing client relationships. You will help shape pricing, positioning, and the pitch process to accelerate growth.

Reporting to the co-founders, you’ll sell to CMOs and brand leaders at funded tech companies, driving conversations about brand strategy with genuine autonomy and no pre-set playbook.

Qualifications

• Own and manage the full new business pipeline, including outbound and inbound qualification.
• Close six-figure deals independently and drive revenue growth.
• Define pricing, positioning, and pitch processes to improve win rates.

Responsibilities

• Own the go-to-market engine for the studio, including pricing and proposal quality.
• Build and prioritise partnerships for growth.
• Report to the co-founders and shape how the agency approaches growth.
