Job summary

Amsterdam Data Collective (ADC) is seeking a Working Student | Brand & Multimedia Designer to help bring the ADC brand to life across events, campaigns, LinkedIn, website and presentations. You will capture high-quality visuals, build assets, and safeguard consistency of our visual identity.

You must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Marketing, Communication, Design, or related field, have a strong portfolio in multimedia or graphic design, and be proficient with Canva, Figma

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Marketing, Communication, Design, or related field.
Strong portfolio in multimedia design or graphic design.
Proficiency with design and video editing tools such as Canva, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong eye for aesthetics, composition, and detail.
Hands-on experience with photography and videography.
Excellent English communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Availability for at least 3 days per week.
Willingness to travel for events.

Responsibilities

Capture photos and videos for events and campaigns.
Retouch and edit photos/videos to meet ADC brand identity and quality standards.
Organise and maintain the ADC visual asset library for reuse across LinkedIn, website, and slide decks.
Own and maintain the presentation library, including curating and quality-checking slides and decks.
Create a diverse range of visual assets to support campaigns and events, across physical and digital collateral.
Build and refresh reusable templates on Canva and HubSpot.
