Job summary

Yellowgrape is looking for a Brand Marketing Manager (Dutch market) to develop, manage, and execute cross-media brand marketing strategies for Dutch clients. You will combine strategic thinking with trend insights to increase brand visibility and engagement, while presenting results persuasively.

The role requires native-level Dutch and is based in Amsterdam or Berlin, with regular travel between both offices; salary ranges between €40,800 and €57,600 gross annually, based on a 40-hour week.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in brand marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital brands, content trends, and storytelling.
• Knowledge of social media marketing, influencer management, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Creative mindset with an excellent feel for target audiences, trends, and storytelling.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, both online and offline.
• Dutch native speaker, fluent in English. German is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop brand concepts, brand strategies, and positioning for our clients.
• Plan and manage integrated 360° campaigns across social media, influencer marketing, newsletters, content, and paid media.
• Create and execute content and social media strategies that align with the brand and its target audience.
• Coordinate and manage influencer campaigns and partnerships.
• Develop and expand newsletter and CRM marketing concepts.
• Analyze and optimize campaigns based on KPIs.
• Prepare and present concepts, campaign strategies, and performance reports during client presentations.
• Collaborate closely with our Performance Marketing and Data teams.
