Job summary

RM365 NL is offering an internship position where you will support brand strategies, conduct market research, and work across departments to drive growth. You will help maintain brand consistency, collaborate on white-label products, and assist with budgeting, digital marketing campaigns, and events.

This role suits a motivated student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, or Communications. Applicants must be legally authorised to work locally.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and brand management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiar with social media and digital marketing tools.
• Creative, highly organised, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of brand strategies, market research and competitive analysis.
• Maintain brand consistency across materials and update assets per guidelines.
• Collaborate with suppliers to develop white-label beauty products meeting quality standards.
• Customise packaging and labeling for white-label products per client specs.
• Assist with quality assurance to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor industry trends and propose innovative product ideas.
• Act as a contact for white-label clients; manage expectations and updates.
• Coordinate timelines, milestones and deliverables for brand projects.
• Assist with budgeting and financial reporting for brand initiatives.
• Support digital marketing campaigns, social content, and promotions.
• Assist with event planning for product launches and trade shows.
• Provide administrative support including meetings and presentations.
