Job description

About the Role

Athletes and endurance sports are at the heart of the COROS brand. We work with some of the world's best athletes and rising talent across running, cycling, climbing, fishing, and mountain sports, and we believe there is an enormous opportunity to tell their stories in ways that build credibility, awareness, and deeper connections with the sports communities we serve.

The Brand Designer, Sports Marketing will be the dedicated creative partner to our Sports Marketing team, responsible for developing compelling, premium creative around our athletes, partnerships, competitions, and key moments in sport.

This person will translate athlete performances, stories, training insights, and cultural moments into creative that can live across athlete-owned channels, COROS regional channels, media partnerships, social, digital, and other consumer touchpoints.

The right candidate will combine their design experience and abiltiy with a genuine understanding of endurance sports. They should know the general landscape, understand the athletes, events, brands, media, and visual culture shaping it, and be excited by the challenge of turning a race result or athlete story into something people genuinely want to engage with.

Sitting within the Global Brand Marketing team and working closely with Sports Marketing, this role will help define how COROS visually shows up in the moments that matter most across endurance sport.

  • Build scalable visual systems and templates that let COROS react quickly to athlete results and time-sensitive moments.
  • Develop brand guidelines and creative toolkits for selected sports media and publishing partners.
  • Translate athlete data, product insights, race performances and training information into clear visual storytelling.
  • Plan creatives around major races and competitions in close collaboration with the Sports Marketing Managers, based on athlete calendars, priorities and briefs.
  • Partner with Sports Marketing Managers on art direction and shot lists for athlete shoots.
  • Collaborate with the broader Brand Marketing team so sports marketing creative stays connected to the overall COROS visual identity.
  • Stay deeply connected to endurance sports including athletes, events, media, brands and the culture shaping running, trail running, cycling and mountain sports.
