Bluepeak is seeking a (Junior) Marketing & Communications Specialist to help build and maintain a strong external and internal voice. You will manage content and campaigns to raise visibility, engage customers, partners, investors, and employees, and translate Bluepeak’s identity into compelling stories.

As a junior professional, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce visuals, plan events, and ensure a distinctive brand presence across channels in the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• Strong writing and storytelling abilities.
• Experience with content creation and social media planning.
• Understanding of SEO basics and online visibility.

Responsabilités

• Manage and develop Bluepeak's website content, structure, and design.
• Oversee Bluepeak's LinkedIn page: planning, publications, engagement and reach growth.
• Activate employees as ambassadors on social media to amplify brand voice.
• Ensure a consistent and distinctive brand identity in all external communications.
• Translate Bluepeak’s value proposition into engaging customer stories and thought leadership.
