LKQ UK & Ireland is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a busy branch, driving performance, overseeing sales, logistics and customer service, and developing a high-performing team to deliver outstanding service.

This role requires proven leadership, excellent communication, high energy and strong business acumen. You’ll handle HR activities, health and safety, and work closely with field teams; expect about 46 hours per week, Mon–Fri 8am–6pm with alternating Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the branch team with line management responsibilities.

• Ensure Health & Safety compliance and lead a safety-first culture.

• Collaborate with field teams to maximize customer opportunities.
• Typical 46-hour week, Mon-Fri 8am-6pm, alternating Saturdays 8am-4pm.
