Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of supervisory or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Counter Sales and Showroom operations, including hiring, scheduling, development, and discipline.
• Plan and control expenses with profit and loss responsibility.
• Maintain inventories at adequate levels and ensure branch appearance.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve complaints promptly.
• Assist management in communicating sales direction and market strategy.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors.
• Identify new product and business opportunities based on market needs.
• Implement strategies to grow profitable customer relationships.
• Oversee daily maintenance and operational needs of the location.
• Ensure safety standards and policies are followed.
• Participate in leadership meetings and communicate employee concerns.
• Conduct regular meetings and promote communication across departments.
• Represent the organization professionally to customers, employees, vendors.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
