Job summary

Talland College zoekt een BPV-supervisor voor Hoorn (0.6 FTE) en Purmerend (0.4 FTE). Je begeleidt mbo-studenten tijdens hun stage en onderhoudt contacten met opleidingsscholen en bedrijven.

Je hebt een mbo-diploma, minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als bpv-begeleider, uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en sterke digitale vaardigheden. Rijbewijs en auto zijn vereist. Het aanbod omvat een jaarcontract met uitzicht op verlenging, schaal 8 salarissen en extra’s zoals groepsverzekering en vakantiegeld.

Qualifications

• Je hebt een klantgerichte, servicegerichte aanpak en bent sterk in het leggen van verbindingen tussen praktijk en opleiding.
• Je hebt een afgeronde Mbo-kwalificatie met bijbehorende werk- en denkniveau.
• Je hebt minstens 2 jaar werkervaring als bpv-begeleider of ervaring in het begeleiden van studenten op de werkplek.
• Je hebt uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatieve vaardigheden.
• Je hebt uitstekende digitale vaardigheden en bent bedreven in Microsoft Office.
• Je beschikt over rij- en auto.
• Je bent flexibel en kunt omgaan met piekdrukte.
• Je bent een teamspeler en een probleemoplosser.
• Het is een groot voordeel als je kennis hebt van de zorg en BIG-registratie.

Responsibilities

• Begeleiden van meerdere studenten tijdens de stage.
• Bezoeken van opleidingsinstellingen en onderhouden contact met stagebegeleiders.
• Voeren van stagegesprekken en registreren van de voortgang van het leerproces.
• Matching van student met stageplaats en werving van stageplekken, informatieverstrekking aan studenten.

Do you have experience in healthcare and are you interested in guiding MBO students? Do you find it a challenge to guide a student in their career during an internship? Are you strong communicators, customer-oriented and possess good digital skills? Then we are looking for you!

The function
As a BPV supervisor, you are the link between the program and the workplace. You supervise several students on the internship placement. You visit institutions with whom we work and maintain contact with the various internship supervisors. As a BPV supervisor, you conduct internship interviews and record the progress of the student’s learning process. You maintain close contact with the mentors and are available for questions or difficulties. In addition, matching the student with an internship placement is one of your tasks. This includes various administrative tasks, such as recruiting internship placements, providing information to students, and maintaining and maintaining contact with the workplace. These tasks take part of the appointment time.

About the team

We are looking for a BPV supervisor for both Hoorn (0.6 FTE) and Purmerend (0.4 FTE). This could also be one person who enjoys working in two locations. The Caregivers and Nurses teams provide training for future healthcare professionals within the Health Care sector. In Purmerend, the Social Care training is also offered. Our ambition is to offer a quality and challenging training that responds to current and future developments in healthcare. The team consists of dedicated professionals who work together to train students to become skilled caregivers and nurses. This includes practical learning, personal development, and collaboration with the working field.

Job requirements

Your profile
You have a customer-oriented, service-oriented approach and are demonstrably strong in establishing connections between the field of work and education.

You have a completed Mbo qualification with corresponding work and thinking level;

You have at least 2 years of work experience as a bpv supervisor or experience in supervising students in the workplace;

you have excellent verbal and written communication skills;

You have excellent digital skills and are a pro at Microsoft Office;

You are in possession of a driving licence and a car;

you are flexible and can cope well with peak workloads;

You are a team player and a problem solver;

It is a big advantage if you have knowledge of healthcare and a BIG registration.
