Job summary

ASML seeks an experienced Program Management Officer (PMO) to support cross-ASML programs across engineering, operations and business functions. You will help create transparency, drive governance, and ensure successful execution of program milestones.

In this role, you will optimize value, coordinate resources and schedules, and lead workshops and decision-making processes with stakeholders across the organization. A senior PMO mindset and hands-on approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Business Engineering or (Technical) Business Administration.
• Certified in Prince2, IPMA-D, IPMA PMO, PM-Bok, MoP or similar
• Certified Lean Six Sigma green/black belt or Agile preferred
• Minimum of 5 years hands-on PMO officer or Project Manager in a high-tech org
• Expert knowledge in program/-project management, P3M, resource management, process management in a high-tech environment

Responsibilities

• Pro-actively support the BPI PMO to optimize business value.
• Drive progress via the BPI KD process and manage milestones.
• Structure new strategic initiatives into program roadmaps.
• Arrange and facilitate meetings, workshops and team sessions.
• Lead in analyzing resource, financial, risk, and schedule data.
• Challenge status quo to deliver more value.
• Identify improvement opportunities for the PMO way of working.
• Support timely decision making with clear reporting & metrics.
• Communicate risks and mitigations to stakeholders.
• Contribute to quarterly portfolio re-balancing input.
• Ensure PMO documents and decisions are structured and tracked.
• Contribute to PMO competence-building and initiatives.
