Job summary

ASML in the Netherlands seeks a Programme Manager to lead the AI in HR program, ensuring AI initiatives are aligned with HR strategy, governed effectively, and deliver measurable business and employee value.

Responsible for roadmap, prioritization, stakeholder management, adoption, and benefits realization. The role scope focuses on AI initiatives powering people processes and requires collaboration across HR, IT, Architecture, Data, Security, Legal and external vendors.

Qualifications

• We are looking for someone with broad general work experience; experience with HR processes is a plus.
• Has extensive process and organizational knowledge to make (process) decisions on critical moments in a program.
• Has strong affinity with technology and passion for AI, and already had practical experience on the topic.
• Has led different projects / programs in cross-cultural environment.

• Define and maintain the AI in HR strategic roadmap and portfolio.
• Translate HR strategy into a clear HR AI agenda and priorities.
• Ensure all initiatives align with the agreed strategy, business case, and target outcomes.
• Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and strategic decisions across the portfolio.
• Drive discussion and decisions on priorities, investments, and value realization.
• Ensure HR AI is embedded into end-to-end HR processes, ways of working, and organizational capabilities.
• Maintain an end-to-end view of how AI can create value across the entire HR landscape.
• Identify opportunities, gaps, overlaps, and future capabilities required to scale HR AI.
• Ensure governance, implementation, sustain and business adoption are consistently aligned with strategy.
• Ensure compliance with privacy, security, legal, and Responsible AI requirements.
• Align HR, IT, Architecture, Data, Security, Legal, and external vendors.
• Drive AI literacy and capability building within HR.
• Lead communication, stakeholder engagement, and adoption activities.

Based on the learning of the AI exploration currently taking place, the HR function wants to accelerate adoption and is therefore looking for a program manager to lead the AI in HR program.

The role needs to ensure AI initiatives are aligned with HR strategy, governed effectively, and deliver measurable business and employee value.
