Job summary

Swire Renewable Energy is seeking to build a rope access team in Middenmeer, Netherlands, for V90 turbine blade repairs. We are looking for an IRATA L3 Team Lead and IRATA L2/1 technicians to join us from June to August. Ideal candidates will have proven blade repair experience and necessary GWO certifications.

This is a short-term role with a focus on delivering high-quality repairs and supporting safety standards on site.

Qualifications

• Proven blade repair experience.
• GWO certs required.
• Eligible to work in the EU.

Responsibilities

• Deliver repairs to RAMS as Team Lead.
• Perform necessary repairs as Rope Access Technician.
• Handle reports and SAP logging.

You’ll Need

• Strong reporting & safety mindset
• Eligible to work in the EU

Team Lead Will

• Deliver repairs to RAMS
• Handle reports + SAP logging
• Keep standards tight on site

Rope Access Technicians Will

• Perform all necessary repairs per RAMS
• Support the Team Lead
