Job summary

Real is seeking a Production Team Leader to guide a 15-person Biotech Associates team across day, evening and night shifts in a 24/7 operations environment. This on-site role offers flexibility to work remotely for no more than 20% of time, on a case-by-case basis, aligned with business needs.

You will partner with the Production Manager to ensure continuous manufacturing, drive improvements, and develop staff.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in regulated manufacturing.
• Knowledge of GMP processes and quality standards.
• Strong planning and decision-making in fast-paced production.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ~15 Biotech Associates across 24/7 shifts.
• Collaborate with Production Manager to ensure continuous production.
• Drive timely completion of documentation, investigations and batch closures.
• Promote GMP compliance, safety and quality standards.
• Coach and develop team members for growth and engagement.
• Coordinate with QA, QC and Manufacturing Compliance to resolve issues.
• Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
