Job summary

Cosun-Beet-Compan is seeking an R&D Technician who thrives in a hands-on lab environment and enjoys experimental work in process development. You will work largely in the laboratory with occasional pilot plant support, collaborating with scientists, engineers, and international colleagues.

You will prepare experiments, run USP/DSP activities, document results, and contribute ideas for process improvements in a modern R&D setting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mentality and strong interest in experimental and process development work.
• Structured and accurate way of working with attention to detail.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Prepare experiments and ensure availability of materials, equipment and test setups.
• Execute laboratory and pilot-scale experiments related to Upstream and Downstream Processing.
• Document experiments, analyses and trial results accurately.
• Operate and monitor lab and pilot plant equipment such as bioreactors, centrifuges and filtration systems.
• Communicate results to R&D Scientists and Process Engineers.
