Job summary

FairPlay Engineering BV seeks a BIM Information Engineer to drive model-based design across offshore and infrastructure projects. You will coordinate 3D models using Aveva E3D, Tekla Structures, and Navisworks-like workflows, manage IFC export configurations, and ensure seamless data integration with clients and teams.

You will also structure technical data, monitor data quality, and extract key insights from engineering and procurement datasets to support project delivery.

Qualifications

• University degree (WO) in engineering, computer science or related field.
• Proficient in Aveva E3D, Tekla Structures, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and IFC standards.
• Experience with data engineering and reference/master data management is a plus.
• Scripting/Python skills are advantageous.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proactive and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate 3D model structures across project stages.
• Manage export configurations (e.g., IFC) to ensure compatibility.
• Oversee model exchange via Autodesk Construction Cloud with clients and internal teams.
• Structure technical data and ensure quality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Extract insights from engineering and procurement data to support decision making.
