Job summary

CloudScaler Technologies is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator for infrastructure projects in the water sector, based in Amsterdam. You will coordinate BIM models across design, implementation and completion phases, ensuring accuracy and consistency of data delivery and asset information management.

You will work with project teams, BIM managers, designers and external stakeholders to implement BIM requirements, BEPs and IDS, while maintaining ISO 19650 standards and delivering high-quality

Qualifications

• HBO-level technical education in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years BIM coordination experience.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM processes.
• Experience with BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Experience with Autodesk Forma as a DMS.
• Excellent Dutch communication skills, written and spoken.
• Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM models across design, implementation and completion phases.
• Define and manage BIM requirements and BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
• Support Information Delivery Specifications (IDS) and contractual BIM requirements.
• Monitor and improve BIM maturity across projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM meetings and resolve model coordination issues.
• Support asset information management and delivery of accurate as-built documentation.
• Manage document control in line with ISO 19650.
• Collaborate with project teams, BIM managers, designers, modelers and external stakeholders.
