Dorado in the Netherlands is seeking bilingual speakers (English & Dutch) to help make advanced AI models safer. You will apply language fluency and cultural judgment to evaluate how these models handle sensitive topics in Dutch as spoken in the Netherlands.

No prior AI/ML experience is required — we will train you on the workflow. Start date is immediate, and you will work with a team focused on classification, prompt evaluation, and documenting your reasoning.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in Dutch as spoken in the Netherlands.
• Business-level written English.
• Bachelor's degree, completed or in progress.
• Strong written reasoning and attention to detail.
• Sound judgment around sensitive and dual-use information.

Responsibilities

• Write expert-level prompts in Netherlands Dutch across a range of sensitive subject areas.
• Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations.
• Flag adversarial phrasings and escalation patterns, and document the reasoning behind your judgments.
