Job summary

Hunkemöller is launching the Best Internship in Retail (BIIR) program starting February 2027. You join a Channel team supporting ECOM and 3rd party growth, working across multiple models including wholesale, concession and marketplace.

You will learn fast-paced merchandising analytics and be part of a 50+ intern cohort. Eligibility includes 32h/week commitment, fluent English and ongoing HBO/Bachelor/Master studies in relevant fields, with a monthly internship allowance and travel benefits.

Qualifications

Finished first semesters of HBO/Bachelor/Master studies (ideally Business or Mathematics).
Strong Excel skills and ability to analyse large data sets.

Responsibilities

Run data and analysis to review sales performance across channels.
Support planner to optimize stock position across all channels.
Monitor and rebalance width and depth of options on the Hunkemöller website.
Evaluate e-commerce sales performance and stock position; implement improvements.
Review the website for shopping experience and product visibility for customers.
Pull together analysis on size performance to identify e-commerce biases.
Review slow-moving inventory and support terminal strategy.
Learn to work in a fast-paced environment and support merchandising team with ad hoc analysis.
