Job summary

SoftwareOne is seeking a Bid Manager to lead Dutch public sector tenders and RFP responses from Amsterdam. You will combine procurement expertise, commercial insight, and effective stakeholder management to develop persuasive proposals that meet customer needs and support business growth.

You will work closely with sales teams, specialists, and decision-makers to ensure submissions are compliant, competitive, and delivered to the highest standard in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Experience writing, reviewing and managing European tenders and RFPs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels.
• Ability to interpret tender requirements and align proposals accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end public procurement and tender processes.
• Assess tender documentation and coordinate activities across bid teams.
• Prepare, review, edit, and finalize tender submissions and proposal content.
• Define schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely submissions.
• Engage and challenge stakeholders to strengthen proposal quality and competitiveness.
• Coordinate clarification questions and communication with contracting authorities.
• Ensure compliance with tender requirements, references, declarations, and supporting documentation.

• Highly organized, analytical, and commercially aware
