Job summary

Hef Associates seeks a Reporting & BI Leader to drive the new management information landscape built on Microsoft technology. You will shape KPI definitions, dashboards, and reports across the organization, ensuring consistency and reliable insights for decision-makers.

You will connect processes, systems, and data, translating business needs into an integrated BI model and leading the effort to deploy self-service capabilities for key users.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in BI, reporting, controlling, or data analytics.
• KPI development and management reporting.
• Power BI and MS Fabric/Azure/Dynamics 365 experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and translate information needs into a single integrated management model and KPIs.
• Set up and improve KPIs, dashboards, and reports with functional designs and self-service focus.
• Test and validate delivered KPIs, dashboards, and reports against requirements and sources.
• Ensure data quality and address bottlenecks in processes and systems.
