Job summary

Medtronic Benelux is seeking an Associate Regulatory Affairs Specialist to support post-market surveillance, field safety actions, and regulatory compliance across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. Based in Maastricht or Heerlen, the role follows a flexible hybrid schedule with biweekly office visits and occasional travel.

You will collaborate with regional and global teams, handle inquiries from authorities, review materials for regulatory compliance, and contribute to quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Fluency in English and Dutch, both written and spoken.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and database systems.
• Experience managing multiple priorities with strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Ability to work accurately with high attention to detail in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regulatory activities across Benelux.
• Support post-market surveillance and field safety actions.
• Assist with interactions with competent authorities and customers.
• Review promotional materials for regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Quality and Regulatory teams on process improvements.
