Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a Head of Public Policy, Benelux to lead public policy and government relations across the Benelux region, with emphasis on the Netherlands. Based in Amsterdam, you will work with the EU Public Policy team and cross-functional partners to implement policy plans that align with business goals.

You will monitor regulatory developments, develop positions, and coordinate advocacy activities. Regular travel to Brussels is expected to support EU priorities and engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level education with public policy focus or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of Benelux regulatory landscapes and tech policy.
• Proven ability to develop policy positions and communicate complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary policy representative in the Benelux region.
• Monitor regulatory developments; shape policy and advocacy positions.
• Draft policy materials, talking points, and stakeholder briefings.
• Collaborate with Legal, Sales, Communications and Product teams.
• Travel to Brussels regularly to advance EU priorities.
